Requirements:	We are looking for an individual that meets the following requirements: - Skilled in PHP and MySQL, CSS - Skilled in Javascript and Javascript Libraries (especially jQuery), AJAX, and XML - Skilled with PHP Frameworks - Understands browser specific compatibility issues - Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs - Understands the benefits of the various programming languages - Works within budget and project schedule - Strong communication skills with team members and clients - Assist in writing and estimating technical portions of project proposals - Skilled in CSS, WordPress, Mac platform, Flash Actionscript 2 and 3, FLEX, and AIR a big plus - Skilled in design & social media a big plus
Commitment (hrs/week):	25 - 40 hours/week
