Internship Information:


Title: Real Estate Market Research Analyst
Department: Sustainability Research
Location: 160 Varick Street Floor 12
Description: Ecological is seeking an intern to perform analysis on large sets of real estate market data. This position will be responsible for reporting from conceptualization through presentation of the data. In addition to research, the analyst will be held responsible for submitting queries to an existing database, aggregating the information retrieved into appropriate groupings, and presenting the material in a meaningful and aesthetically pleasing manner. Reports will be produced using MS Excel. The reports produced will be used for internal consumption as well as for sales purposes. Responsibilities •Research trends and provide market analysis, staying up to date on news and the regulatory environment. •Provide market segmentation based on database of existing real estate. •Report data conceptually, analytically and through presentations. •Producing reports using MS Excel.
Requirements: Requirements •Proficiency in MS Excel required •Experience in data analysis and/or market research •Comfortable working independently, with experience working in a team environment.
Commitment (hrs/week): 14-20 hrs/wk
