Title: Tech Support Internship
Department: Technicial Customer Suport
Location: BIllerica
Description: This position is for academic credit and offers flexible hours, casual dress code and a chance to work with some of the country’s best collegiate and professional sports teams. If selected, the intern will walk away with great work experience in an exciting industry and a letter of recommendation. Candidates will perform a variety of duties, inclusive of the following: • Routing, Tracking and Documenting customer issues in the support database • Train on XOS product lines and eventually provide support for these products • Assist in troubleshooting complex customer issues with senior support representatives • As Necessary, on-site support of XOS customer base • Use independent, professional judgment that would impact customer satisfaction. Requirements: Position Requirements: • Junior, Senior or Graduate-level student majoring in at an accredited educational institution • Minimum 20 hours a week • Fast learner with a high level of technical expertise • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of sports is a plus
Commitment (hrs/week): 20 hours per week
