Location: telecommuting
Description: Your duties will include: * picking titles from our catalog that you think you might like, and reading them * joining online book clubs and readers’ forums and starting discussions of these titles * participating in online discussions relevant to the social topics highlighted in these titles * posting your brief reviews of these titles on your Facebook and/or MySpace pages * making suggestions about what else you can do to promote our titles * checking in punctually, at agreed-upon intervals You will have a creative voice and your opinion will count. You will help unique, witty, timely novels to find their readers and connect with them. This is a telecommuting, part-time internship: you can make your own hours and report on your accomplishments once a week.
Requirements: Ideal candidates must be: 1) voracious fiction readers 2) daily Web 2.0 surfers 3) eager, outgoing participants in online forums and discussion boards 4) competent time managers 5) personable and endowed with a sense of humor
Commitment (hrs/week): 8-10 hours/week
Deadline: 1/2005
