Title: Online Marketing Intern

Description: Online Marketing Intern, www.GrouperEye.com We are a new start-up. Our goal is to change the way creative students get noticed and get jobs. The system from student to first job stinks and we are going to change it. What you will do: Come up with a plan to promote the site and execute on the plan. Success Metrics: (1) registered students, (2) companies that post projects, (3) faculty that are interested in using this in the classroom. A quick test, Do you read Seth Godin? What do you think of Jim & Pam's relationship? Ever heard of Basecamp or 37Signals? Have you read Good to Great or Moneyball?
Requirements: (1) Must be registered with GrouperEye.com and have looked around the site (it is pretty empty right now because we will not start promoting until final changes are made on Jan. 15th) (2) Must have some type of digital presence(Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog, etc). (3) Must be smart and get things done. Details: We live/work in DC, but you can work from anywhere. We are results oriented.
Commitment (hrs/week): around 10hrs/week
