BrandCamp at Partners + Napier is an intensive 10 week advertising program in which students and recent graduates are fully immersed in the process and culture of the industry. The program is a hands-on, training wheels-off experience that allows Campers to get a taste of what it's like to work in a fast-paced, ideas-driven agency with a roster of blue-chip clients like Kodak, Thule, Bausch & Lomb, Wegmans, Sorrento Cheese, Constellation Brands, and UPS. Our mission is to wage war on the status quo and inspire the future of the advertising industry.

We've redefined the "internship" by celebrating emerging young talent and creating an environment of autonomy and accountability. It's like its own mini-agency within our agency. We often refer to BrandCamp as an "incubator" for emerging creative advertising talent because it allows aspiring ingenious thinkers to liberate their promise and gain real experience in the industry. |
